Wash the chicken, dry it and cut it into 4 pieces. Heat the butter in a deep pan and braise the meat until golden.
In another container, pour the rosemary, the juice of 1 lemon, the honey, ketchup, cayenne pepper and soy sauce. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and Tabasco sauce. Stir the mixture well and smear the meat with it.
Heat the oven to 356°F (180 °C). Pour the butter you fried in and the meat into a tray. Chop the onions coarsely and add them to the chicken. Bake for about 45 min.
Periodically, baste the meat with the rest of the marinade. After it's ready, serve it with the onions and thinly sliced lemon.
