How to cook
Cut the meat into tiny pieces, put them in an oven dish, pour in a little water or broth and bake until golden at 392°F (200 °C) for about 30 min. Clean the onions and cut them finely.
Put the olive oil in a deep pan or pot, heat it and add the onions. Braise until they soften and gain a golden color.
Close the container wit a lid and saute on medium heat about 20 min. until the liquid evaporates.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
