Roll the phyllo pastry sheets into rolls and cut them into strips. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the yoghurt with the baking soda and finally the flour. Stir well and add the cut up strips.
Stir carefully, add in the crumbled feta cheese, the diced cheese and bacon. Finally, add the chopped olives and stir once again.
Distribute the mixture into oiled muffin forms. Bake at 392°F (200 °C) for about 25 min. Leave them to cool and remove from the forms.
