How to cook
Put the sugar for the caramel in a pot. Add 1 tbsp water and leave it to caramelize. Cut the bananas into round slices.
Smear the baking form with butter. Pour in the caramel and arrange the banana slices. Beat the eggs with the sugar.
Add the milk, butter and finally the flour sifted with the baking powder. Stir well and divide the mixture into 2.
To one of them add the cocoa and stir. Begin pouring both mixtures into the middle of the baking form, alternating between them until you’re all out.
Bake the cake for about 35-40 min. at 356°F (180 °C). Leave it to cool slightly and carefully invert it into a suitable plate.
