Cut the meat into bites, the cabbage into thin strips, the carrots into slices, the pepper and onion finely, the tomatoes into cubes and the celery, along with its stems, finely. In a pot, saute the carrots, pepper and onions in 4 tbsp butter.
Add the cabbage, tomatoes and spices, then salt to taste. Braise the paprika in 2 tbsp butter and pour 1/2 cup hot water over it. Add the cabbage to it.
Leave everything to soften on low heat and transfer to a suitable oven dish. Bake at 356°F (180 °C) for about 40 min.
