How to cook
Cut the pork into coarse pieces. Cut the mushrooms into strips and the onions as you normally would for cooking.
Put the mushrooms and meat to fry in a pan, pour in a little water, cover with a lid and let them saute. Sprinkle with savory, spice mix and stir periodically.
Once they redden nicely, remove them from the stove and sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
