Cut the pork meat into pieces. Heat the oil in a container with a thick bottom. Put the meat in it and fry until softened.
Peel and chop the onions, coarsely chop the garlic cloves. After the meat releases its juice, add the onions and garlic to it. Cook 5-6 min. while stirring nonstop.
Peel the tomatoes and cut them into coarse pieces. Add them to the meat, along with the tomato paste. Lower the heat, cover with a lid and cook until the meat softens, stirring periodically. Season with salt and add the sugar.
When serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley and celery leaves.
