Preparation

Roast the peppers and then put them in a plastic bag until they cool. Peel and clean the peppers of their seeds. Put them in a colander for 30 min. to drain and then cut them very finely.

In a bowl, mash the feta cheese with a fork and add the egg and peppers. Season with finely chopped dill and garlic. Mix well and form meatballs.

Roll the meatballs in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in heated oil. Leave the meatballs on paper towels briefly and then serve with your favorite sauce.
