How to cook
Peel the potatoes and carrots and drain them from their water. In a bowl, mix them with the eggs, parsley, grated cheese and salt.
Put baking paper in an oven dish and pour the mixture in evenly. Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until golden. Remove from the oven dish with the paper and leave it to cool.
Mix the Philadelphia with the finely chopped garlic and dill. Remove the potato layer from the paper and cut it into small, same-sized pieces.
Put 1 tsp Philadelphia cream cheese between every 2-3 potato pieces. Put another tsp on the top and half a cherry tomato. Decorate with a stalk of chives.
