Ingredients

  • flour - 2 cups (500 g), all - purpose
  • oil - 4 tbsp
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • himalayan salt - 2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 tsp
  • chia seeds - 3 tbsp
  • paprika - 3 tbsp
  • savory - 2 tbsp
  • mixed spices - 1 tbsp
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp

Preparation

Mix all the dry ingredients in a deep bowl and make a well in the middle. Add the oil and milk, then knead a dough. If needed, add a little more milk or flour, depending on how the dough ends up.

Roll out the ready dough to a thickness of about 1/8. Cut out shapes as desired (I made bats since Halloween is coming).

Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven until ready (about 7-10 min.)
