Beat the eggs to a fluffy cream in a bowl. Add the yoghurt, oil and the flour sifted with baking powder.
Stir well and add the finely chopped sausages and dock.
Pour the mixture into a rectangular form, laid out with baking paper.
Sprinkle with seeds and bake at 392°F (200 °C) for about 35-40 min. Leave it to cool and cut it into slices.
Optionally, you can blanch the dock and add feta cheese or cheese.
