Ingredients

Preparation

Dice the meat and braise it in the oil. Add the chopped onions to it.

After 2-3 min., add the rice. Once it begins to change color, pour in the vegetable mix (eggplant, green beans, peppers, okra, tomatoes and tomato juice).

Add spices to taste, pour in water and leave the dish to cook until the ingredients soften. Once it's ready, pour the dish into a tray and sprinkle with grated cheese.

If you like you can bake it a bit, although I didn't - the cheese melted from the heat of the dish.
