How to cook
First, prepare the pudding. Boil 1/3 of the milk for it with the sugar. In the rest of the milk, dissolve the pudding and add it to the boiling milk.
Pour 1/2 of this mixture into a buttered and floured form. Pour the cooled cream over it carefully. Cover with the rest of the mixture.
Bake at 347°F (175 °C) for about 40-45 min. Remove from the oven and leave it to cool. Carefully invert onto a suitable plate.
