Sweeten the coffee and dip each biscotti in it on both sides. Leave them aside.
Beat the cream to snow, add the sour cream and the pudding, which you've beaten beforehand with the milk.
Add the gelatin which you've dissolved according to packet directions.
Smear each biscotti with the cream, place another one on top and carefully roll in the coconut flakes.
