How to cook
Put about 1 cup of water in a pot on the stove. Once it comes to a boil, add the melted butter to it. Stir and add the flour in a thin trickle.
Continue stirring on low heat until you get a thick mush. Remove from the stove to cool. Then, gradually add the eggs and continue stirring thoroughly once again.
Scoop large spoonfuls of thus prepared dough and place them onto baking paper laid out in an oven dish. Bake the eclairs until ready, then stuff them using a pastry bag, or whichever way you find suitable, with the desired filling.
