Sprinkle the pork tenderloins with salt and black pepper. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, savory, thyme, chopped fresh rosemary, cumin and pressed garlic cloves. Stir well and smear the pork on all sides with this mixture.
Leave it covered with foil in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Heat up the grill, smear it with lard and throw on the pork tenderloins. Grill until they obtain a brown crisp.
Leave the grilled meat to rest for a bit, then cut it into pieces on a bread-cutting board.
This is the tenderest meat, be sure to marinate it well and grill the tenderloins whole. Uniquely delicious!
