  • eggs - 6 yolks
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
  • corn flour - 1 tsp
  • milk - 2 1/3 cups (570 ml)
  • vanilla - several drops, essence

How to cook

Beat the yolks, sugar and flour. Heat the milk. Right before it comes to a boil, pour it into the egg mixture, while stirring nonstop.

Return the cream to the stove and heat it a little, while stirring with a wooden spoon until it thickens a bit.
