Prepare the cream according to package directions. To it add the powdered sugar and cream cheese and beat well with a mixer.
Mix the coffee and whiskey together and soak each biscuit in this mixture.
Arrange the biscuits in a suitable bowl or cup, put some of the cream on top, then biscuits, cream and so on all the way to the top.
Decorate with a biscuit and chocolate sprinkles on top.
