How to cook
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the whites and sugar to snow. Add the yolks 1 by 1, 1 tbsp flour mixed with the baking powder and finally the cocoa.
Put it in a buttered and sprinkled with flour cake form and bake in a preheated moderate oven.
Once you take it out and cool it, cut the cake layer through in 2 parts. Smear the cream on the lower cake layer, cover with the upper cake layer and smear with the remaining cream on top and on the sides.
Decorate the prepared cake with grated chocolate.
To prepare the cream, beat the 3 eggs with the powdered sugar until thickened.
Beat the butter separately and add the egg mixture slowly. Finally add the cocoa and stir well.
