How to cook
Beat the sugar and eggs to a smooth and fluffy cream. Pour in the oil and orange juice gradually, without stopping the beating.
Pour it into a greased cake form that you've sprinkled lightly with cocoa.
Put the Orange Cake with Walnuts and Cocoa to bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for about 50-60 min. or until a toothpick comes out dry when you poke it.
Optionally, smear the ready cake with a little rum. Mix powdered sugar and the alcohol until you get a smooth glaze. Pour it evenly over the cooled cake.
