How to cook
Soak the gelatin in the water and melt it in a microwave oven for about 1 min.
Mix the chocolate spread, sour cream and rum essence into it.
In a cake form, place the brown cake roll (cut into round slices) at the bottom, add cream, then round slices of bananas, white cake roll on top and repeat - cream, bananas and so on.
Once you've arranged the cake, put biscuits at the very top and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
