In a bowl, mix the yoghurt, sour cream and honey. Arrange a layer of biscuits in a suitable tray.
Pour in 1/3 of the yoghurt mixture. Arrange pieces of fruits and sprinkle with 1/3 of the muesli.
Next comes a layer of biscuits, yoghurt mixture, fruits and muesli. Finish the cake off with biscuits, the remaining part of the yoghurt mixture and sprinkle generously with muesli.
Decorate the cake with fruits and put it in the fridge overnight.
