How to cook
Beat the baking soda with the yoghurt. Sift the flour and pour the yoghurt, eggs and salt into it.
Knead a soft dough. Leave them to rest for 15-20 min. and roll out a 1/4″ (0.5 cm) crust.
Cut out 2 (5 cm) circles using a cup and fry the fritters in heated oil.
