Combine the cream with the chocolate, add 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g) nuts and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Leave it in the fridge for 10 min. In the meantime, prepare the coffee in the coffee maker or on the stove. Soak the cake layers with the coffee, take the cream out and distribute it evenly on the layers.
After you smear it well, sprinkle the very top cake layer with crumbled nuts. Leave it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
