Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • mushrooms - 14 oz (400 g)
  • bacon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • green onions - 4 bunches
  • parsley - 3 tbsp
  • cream cheese - 1 cup (250 g)
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • eggs - 4
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to cook

Smear a square or rectangular tray with butter. Lay out the puff pastry, mark the bottom of the tray and cut off the excess. Put the cut off puff pastry in the tray and pierce it with a fork. Lay it out carefully along the walls because it'll shrink during baking. Baking for 15 min. at 360°F (180° С).

Braise the mushrooms for 5-6 min. in the heated oil, remove from the heat and add the bacon, onions and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and let it cool.

Beat the eggs with the cream cheese and milk into a smooth paste, add them to the mushroom mixture. Pour everything over the baked crust. Bake for 25 min. at 390°F (200° С) until browned.
