Ingredients

  • coconut flakes - 3 1/2 cups + some for rolling
  • condensed milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml), 1 can
  • white chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • orange zest - of 1 orange (or mandarin if desired)

Preparation

Mix the condensed milk and coconut flakes in a pot on the stove. Boil and stir for about 6 min.

Remove from the stove and add the crumbled white chocolate. Leave it for 30 sec. and then stir until homogeneous.

Add the orange or mandarin zest or an essence according to taste.

Form bonbons with your hands, then roll them in more coconut flakes.
