How to cook
Melt the butter in a suitable container on the stove.
Blend the almonds coarsely in a blender and add them to the butter. Stir and braise the almonds lightly.
To them add the milk and honey.
Leave on the stove and stir nonstop until the liquid evaporates and the mixture starts to come off the walls of the container.
Add the cardamom and 1 cup (250 g) of the coconut flakes.
Leave the mixture to cool.
Make balls from it, roll them in the remaining coconut flakes.
