Ingredients

  • biscuits - 10, ground
  • almonds - 2/5 cup (100 g), ground + some for decoration
  • butter - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • cream cheese - 1 2/3 cups (400 g), Philadelphia
  • sour cream - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • coffee - 1 cup
  • eggs - 2

How to cook

Mix the biscuits with the almonds and melted butter. Distribute the mixture along the bottom and sides of a form and leave it in the fridge.

Beat the cream cheese, add the coffee, sugar, eggs, Baileys and sour cream. Stir very well until you get a smooth cream.

Cover the cake layer with the cream and put it in the oven for 50 min. to bake at 320°F (160 °C). Once it cools, put it in the fridge. Decorate with almonds and serve.
