Cut the fillet into thin pieces. Tenderize the thicker part. In a bowl, crumble the broth cubes and dissolve with the soy sauce. You can also add a little oil.
Mix the fillets with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 min. First, roll the fillets lightly in flour, eggs and the dry breading, then fry them in a deep pan in extra oil. If desired, add sesame seeds to the breading and then roll them.
Fry until golden.
