How to cook
Crumble the biscuits as desired and mix them with the melted butter. From this, make a layer along the bottom of a cake form.
Bake 10 min. in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven and take it out to cool.
Beat until you get a fluffy mixture. Pour this into the form, then put the cheesecake in the oven.
Bake for about an hour at 320°F (160 °C). Take the baked dessert out and leave it to cool. Then put it in the fridge for 4 hours. Pour the maple syrup on it as a finishing touch, cut into pieces and serve.
