Boil the chicken meat - it's best if it's from breasts but legs are fine too. Drain well from the water, remove the skin and cut the meat into pieces. Boil the rice and strain it.
In a bowl, mix the meat, rice, salt, black pepper, 2/5 cup (100 g) mayonnaise and 2 tbsp sour cream. Stir well and leave it aside. Drain the canned corn very well and mix it with 1 tbsp mayonnaise and a little cream.
Take a large, shallow plate, arrange a layer of corn on its bottom. On top, arrange a layer of chicken with rice, then a row of chopped pickles mixed with a little mayonnaise and finish with a mixture of chicken/rice.
Smear the cake with mayonnaise, grate cheese on top. Decorate with chopped cherry tomatoes, olives, pickles, green onions and parsley - use your imagination. Cool in the fridge and then serve. Delicious and eye-catching!
