How to cook
Wash the chicken meat and cut it into pieces. Pour water in a pot and once it comes to a boil, put the chicken meat in it. Add salt and oil and boil until the meat is nearly ready.
Beat the yolk with the yoghurt, pour a little of the soup into it and stir. Pour this thickening agent in a thin trickle into the soup, while stirring nonstop. Remove the soup from the stove and serve with fresh parsley.
