How to cook
Cut the crusts off the bread slices and arrange them on plastic wrap, slightly overlapping them. Flatten them out thinly and smear with the cream cheese.
Arrange the thinly sliced ham on top.
Peel the tomato and cut it finely.
On top of the ham, put the shredded lettuce leaves, tomato and olives.
Wrap into a tight roll using the foil. Put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Remove the foil and cut the roll into servings.
