Crumble the biscuits to powder. Melt the butter and pour it into the biscuits. Knead a dough and lay it out in a cake form.
Beat the sugar, mascarpone with the cream cheese and gradually add the confectionery cream.
Prepare the gelatin according to package directions and add it to the mixture.
Stir carefully and pour it onto the layer. Put the cake in the fridge overnight.
The next day, remove it from the form and smear it with the jam.
If you have any of the mixture left over, you can make mini cheesecakes!
