In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. The butter needs to be at room temperature.
Put this dough onto plastic wrap and form it into a roll. Wrap it and put it in the freezer for 30 min.
Take it out, cut the roll into thin round slices and arrange them with spaces in between in an oven dish with greased baking paper.
Bake in a 392°F (200 °C) oven for about 15 min.
