How to cook
Season and bake the steaks and potatoes in an oven dish. In a pan, braise the onions, mushrooms and diced ham.
Add the mashed tomatoes, spices to taste and dried tomatoes.
Remove from the stove after a few min. Pour the prepared sauce over the steaks. Sprinkle with the olives and put them in the oven.
Bake at 392°F (200 °C) for about 20-25 min. Serve the dish warm with a glass of quality red wine.
