How to cook
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the yoghurt, the sifted flour with the baking paper, vanilla sugar and melted butter. Stir until homogeneous.
Fill up the paper cups and arrange them in the muffin tray. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 20 min.
Make the chocolate glaze by melting the crumbled chocolate, adding the oil and heating them in the microwave. Smear the cooled muffins with it.
To make the pumpkin cream, boil the peeled pumpkin and mash it. Add the sour cream and powdered sugar. Stir until homogeneous. Use a pastry bag to pour this mixture over half the muffins.
Make the egg white glaze by beating the egg white with the sugar to thick snow.
You can place eyes by garnishing with colorful bonbons or make skulls, spider webs, whatever else comes to mind, as long as you have fun!
