How to cook
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt. Beat the yolks with the sugar. To them add the milk, oil, flour and baking powder. Add the whites to these, while stirring with a spatula. Pour the mixture into a cake form.
Bake at 356°F (180 °C) about 40 min. Take it out and leave it to cool.
Prepare the pudding according to package directions. Leave it to cool, you can also use a cream that doesn't require boiling. Cut about a 1/2″ (1 cm) wide strip down the middle of the cake. Scoop it out but leave about a 1/2″ (1 cm) border.
Pour in 1/2 the pudding, put a banana that you've cut in 2. Pour on the rest of the pudding. Smear the lid with chocolate spread and press the roll with it lightly, so it sticks. Pour a chocolate or cocoa glaze over the roll.
