How to cook
Put the water and honey to boil for 10 min., then leave them to cool.
Smear one puff pastry sheet with milk, spread the honey on top and cover with the other puff pastry sheet. Cut it into short strips and twist them together, stretching them just slightly.
Bake in an oven dish on top of baking paper in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven about 10 min.
Take them out and smear them with the syrup. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
