Beat the cream with the sugar. To it add the sour cream and stir with a spatula. In a suitable platter, place a cake layer.
Syrup it and smear it with part of the cream. Sprinkle with a part of the fruits. Place a 2nd cake layer, cream again, fruits and finish off with a cake layer.
Smear the entire cake with cream. For the glaze, heat the cream and to it add the chocolate and butter.
Stir until it dissolves. Leave it to cool and pour it over the cake. Decorate with fruits and rosettes made of cream.
