Mix all the dry ingredients together. To them add the liquid ones, the coffee at the end. Stir well and divide the mixture into 3 parts.
Bake each layer separately at 356°F (180 °C) for 15-20 min. (don't bake too long). Leave them to cool. In a pot, heat the cream. Remove from the stove and add the chocolate.
Stir until it melts. Leave it to cool and beat with a mixer to a fluffy cream. Place one layer in a suitable plate. Syrup with Baileys and smear with part of the cream.
Place the 2nd layer, syrup again, add cream and finish off with the final cake layer. Syrup it, smear the entire cake with part of the cream and decorate with the rest of it as you like.
