In a bowl, beat 2 whole eggs, 2 yolks and 2/3 cup (150 g) of the sugar. To them add the yoghurt, oil and flour sifted with the baking powder.
Stir carefully with a spatula. To the mixture add grated orange rind.
Roll the pieces of Turkish delight in flour and add them to the mixture. Stir well.
Pour it into a form, smeared with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake the cake at 356°F (180 °C) about 40 min.
Take it out and leave it to cool. Beat the whites with the remaining sugar into fluffy snow.
Pour the mixture into a pastry bag and decorate the cake. Return to the oven, heat it to the maximum and bake until golden.
