How to cook
Beat the eggs, add the flour and salt and pour in carbonated water until you get a thick pancake batter.
Smear a suitable pan with butter, heat it up on the stove and pour in 1 ladle of the mixture. Fry on both sides until golden.
Crumble the feta cheese. Put some feta cheese onto each pancake and roll it up into a roll.
Smear a suitable oven dish and arrange the pancake rolls in it.
Pour sour cream over them and bake in a preheated oven. Right before they're ready, sprinkle them with grated cheese and bake until it melts.
