Pour a little oil in a pressure cooker. Clean the meat and roll it in the flour. Braise well on all sides. Chop the vegetables and parsley.
Grate the tomato and put everything in the pressure cooker. Pour in about 2/5 cup (100 ml) water, enough to cover the bottom.
Sprinkle with salt, paprika and stir carefully. Close the pressure cooker and put it on high heat.
Once it comes to a boil, lower the heat to the minimum, boil another 15 min. and remove from the stove.
