How to cook
Cut the puff pastry into 12 squares. Cut out circles in the middle of 6 of these.
Smear the squares that you didn't cut in the middle with jam. Dry the peach fruits and put them in the middle.
Cover with the squares you made an opening in. Arrange them in an oven dish covered with baking paper.
Press on all sides with a fork. Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for 15 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
