How to cook
Chop the onion and garlic and saute them in a little oil. Add the flour, paprika and tomato juice.
Stir well, add the spices and chicken broth. Once it comes to a boil, add the bulgur (soaked ahead of time in cold water).
Let the soup boil about 25 min. or until ready. Remove it from the stove and pour in the cream. Stir well.
Serve the soup hot with crumbled feta cheese and finely chopped dried tomatoes.
