1. Starters with eggs:
Boil the eggs for 9 min. and peel them. In a bowl, grate all of the ingredients. Add the crushed garlic, mayo and stir.
2. Olive paste:
Put the olives, garlic, olive oil in a blender and blend.
3. Starters with eggplants:
Bake the eggplants and peel them. Mash them in a mortar and pestle with the garlic. Transfer to a bowl, add the salt, mayo and stir.
4. Starters with carrots:
Peel and grate the carrots in a bowl. Add the strained yoghurt, mashed feta cheese, dill and crushed garlic. Salt if needed and stir.
Serve all 4 starters with rusks!
