Beat the eggs well with a mixer. To them, add the yoghurt, vegetable oil, salt, sugar and flour. You need to get a smooth mixture while beating.
To it, add the baking soda, which you've dissolved in boiling water ahead of time, while you continue beating with a mixer. You need to get a medium-thick mixture. Leave it to sit for 5 min.
Then take a ladle of it and spread it out in a pan with a nonstick coating (which you can butter slightly). Once you get bubbles on one side of the pancakes, flip it onto the other to cook evenly.
