Ingredients

Preparation

Boil the coarsely chopped potatoes, cauliflowers and carrots in hot, salted water.

Strain the broth into a bowl, blend the veggies into a puree, while also adding the milk and butter. Dilute with the broth to the desired consistency.

Serve with croutons from rusks and finely chopped parsley.
