Beat the eggs with the sugar well. Then add the rest of the products. Pour this into a lightly flour oven dish. Bake in the oven at 347°F (175 °C).
Leave the baked layer to cool a bit, then invert onto a platter.
Boil the ingredients for the cream to thickening and leave to cool.
Cut the cooled cake layer into pieces with a small, square bowl. Cut each piece into 2 smaller layers, smear them with the cream and stick them together.
Smear generously with chocolate sauce on all sides and decorate with nuts.
